We, Libraries Unlimited South West hereby give notice that we have applied for a new premises licence in respect of Exeter Central Library, Rougemont Place, Exeter, EX4 3PQ
The licence is for the following licensable activities:
Sale of Alcohol:
Monday - Sunday 6pm - 11pm
Provision of Live Music & Dance:
Monday - Saturday 9am to 11pm
Sunday - 10am to 11pm
Provision of Plays:
Monday - Sundays 9am to 11pm
Provision of Recorded Music:
Monday - 8am - 11pm
Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 11pm
Sunday - 10am - 11pm
Provision of a similar entertainment
Monday - Saturday 9am - 11pm
Sunday 10am - 11pm
Further information can be viewed on the application at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council, The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN during normal office hours or at Applications in progress - Exeter City Council Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 27 May 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to unlimited fine.
