Public Notice Of An Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34 Of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Ealing Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 27th April 2026 and will commence consultation on the 28Tth April 2026.
Applicant: Global Fast Fuel Limited.
Address of premises: Horn Lane Service Station, 162 – 164 Horn Lane, Acton, London, W3 6PH.
Proposed variation to the licensable activities:
Additional hours for the sale of alcohol for Consumption off the premises. Update premises licence scale plan.
Delete/amend some existing conditions Add the licensing activity of late night refreshment (LNR). Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day. Alcohol sales - 00.00 to 24.00 hours. LNR – 23.00 hrs until 05.00 hrs the next morning.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 working days of the date of this notice – by the 25th May 2026.
