I Andrea Parsons hereby give notice that, in accordance with Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, on 30.04.2026, I applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for the grant of a licence to enable me to carry on the business of a Sex Shop Sex Cinema Sexual Entertainment Venue at premises known as The Foxy Lady, 146 Oxford Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 7DP. The proposed days and hours being: Monday - Saturday 10.00 - 23.00 | Sunday 10.00 - 18.00. Any person wishing to object to the application should submit representations in writing to City of Wolverhampton Council, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1DA by no later than 30.05.2026.
