Hertsmere Borough Council for the grant of a premises

licence at: Brass Monkey – The Art of Coffee,

92 Watling Street, Radlett, Hertfordshire,

WD7 7AB. The proposed licensable activities and

their times are: The sale and supply of alcohol,

regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment,

Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 00:00.

Representations about the effect of this application on

the licensing objectives, or to view the application,

may be made in writing to the Licensing Authority,

Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA

licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk no later than

13 May 2026.
