What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marstons PLC, to the Licensing Authority
of Lichfield District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Railway
Inn at 4 Main Street, Shenstone, Lichfield, WS14 0LZ. The application
includes the following terms: 1. To draw forward the commencement hour
for the sale of alcohol (on & off) to 10:00 on Sundays. 2. To draw forward
the commencement hour for regulated entertainment (Indoors) to 10:00 on
Sundays. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Lichfield District Council, District Council House,
Frog Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6YU or online at

www.lichfielddc.gov.uk.


A responsible authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority or email

licensing@lichfielddc.gov.uk

at any time up to and including 20th May
2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary
conviction is unlimited.
