Notice is hereby given that we, Peterlee Town Council have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as

The Pavilion, Helford Road, Peterlee, Durham, SR8 1ER

For the variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:

To vary the times for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) to 08.00 - 00.00 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and
4.00 pm.
