This notice is to advise that on Tuesday 21st of April 2026 an application for a Premises Licence was made to Hastings Borough Council for the premises known as HASTINGS AQUARIUM, Rock-a-Nore Road, Hastings,TN34 3DW Was made by Liam Thompson, Deep Sea Leisure PLC For the following licensable activities:
Performance of Live Music (Indoors): Monday
to Sunday, 10:00 to 22:00.
Playing of Recorded Music (Indoors): Monday
to Sunday, 10:00 to 23:00. Playing of Recorded
Music (Outdoors): Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to
20:00.
Supply of Alcohol (On Premises): Monday to
Sunday, 12:00 to 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations about this application should write to Hastings Borough Council, Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY, or email
within twenty eight consecutive days from the date of the application shown above.
The application can be viewed by pre-arranged appointment at our offices, during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & a person is liable to a fine of up to a maximum of £5,000 on summary conviction for the offence.
