What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Benugo Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Milton Keynes Council for a
Premises Licence for the Benugo at John Lewis, 11 Field
Walk, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3EP.
The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption
on and off the premises 0800 to 2300 each day.

Licensing Register at Civic. This is accessible Monday to
Thursday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, and Fridays
9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) or online at

A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at Milton Keynes City Council, Licensing Team,
Regulatory Services, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton

Representations received in response to this application will
ordinarily be made available for public inspection,
including disclosure to the applicant and any relevant
responsible authorities unless agreed otherwise.

public safety, or protection of children from harm.)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
