LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Futuresound Events Ltd
has submitted a premises licence application to the
City of York Council. The application is for a new
licence for the premises known as York Museum
Gardens, Museum Street, York, YO1 7FR. The
application proposes the provision of regulated
entertainment (live & recorded music, dance, and
similar) and the sale of alcohol. The full application,
including hours of operation and proposals for
conditions to promote the licensing objectives may
be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority
at the address below between 8.30am and 5.00pm

representations concerning this application must do

May 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with this
application, for which the maximum penalty on
summary conviction is unlimited.
