A) The application is to allow the following Licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off premises as part of a pre-ordered gift hamper service.
B) The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
Monday – Sunday 00:00 to 23:59 (Online Sales Only)
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HA. Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: May 25th 2026
