Does hereby give notice that on 20 April 2026 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for an event known as: ‘The Worthing Festival’ to be situated in Homefield Park Newland Road, Worthing, BN11 1LB
The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption within the park and the provision of regulated entertainments
The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted on up to 3 consecutive days over a weekend in June each year between the hours of: Friday: 11:00hrs – 22:00hrs
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00hrs – 21:00hrs
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send by email to:
licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk
or write to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 18 May 2026

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
