NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Cara Restaurants Limited t/a
McDonald’s has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council
on 21st April 2026 for the variation of the Premises Licence
for McDonald’s Restaurants, West Bars, Chesterfield,
Derbyshire, S40 1BB. The Premises Licence currently
authorises the restaurant to open and trade Late Night
Refreshment from 06:00 until 00:00 every day. The
Variation is to extend the hours of opening and Late Night
Refreshment to enable the premises to trade 24/7. A copy
of the application may be inspected at the Licensing
Counter, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes
to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council
must do so no later than 19TH MAY 2025 and such
representations must be made in writing and addressed
to:- The Licensing Section, Town Hall, Rose Hill,
Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
Note: It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement
be made.
