LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Boylesports (UK) Limited
of the following address: 172 Stratford Road, Shirley,
Solihull, B90 3BQ is applying for a Betting (Other)
Premises Licence under section 159 of the Gambling
Act 2005. The application relates to the following
premises: Unit 1, Sunderland Station, Athenaeum Street,
Sunderland, SR1 3HP. The application has been made
to: The Licensing Section, Sunderland City Council,
City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA email -

may make representations in writing to the licensing
authority about the application: A person who lives

categories. Any representations must be made by the
following date: 21 May 2026.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act
2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a
licensing authority for a purpose connected with that
Act information which is false or misleading.
