PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION
To whom it may concern: I Lee W Henderson of The Dog House Stafford LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stafford Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence at 4-5 Martin Street Stafford and known as The Dog House Pub.
The application is to:- Extend the opening hours to 4:30 and extend the supply of alcohol to 4:00 on Friday and Saturday nights.
Extend recorded music until 04.00 on Friday and Saturday nights Allow the sale of alcohol to for consumption both on and off the premises
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
