LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd April 2026, Ei Group Limited
applied to Walsall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises
The Drunken Duck, 55 High Street, Walsall Wood, Walsall, WS9 9LR. The
proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. To permit the sale of alcohol,
exhibition of film, indoor sporting events, live music, and recorded music
on Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 00.00 and Friday to Saturday 10.00 to
01.00. 2. A non standard timing for New Years Eve to extend all licensable
activities to 02.30. Please note – this application is in identical terms to the
existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or
any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;-

Depot, 200 Pelsall Road, Walsall, WS8 7EN (email

no later than the 21st May 2026 stating the
grounds for representations. The register of Walsall Council and the record
of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above
address.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
