Notice is hereby given that Alula Three Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster on 16th April 2026 for variation to the premises licence for The Scotch of St James, Basement and Ground Floor, 13 Mason’s Yard, London, SW1Y 6BU. The proposed variation is to authorise: Update condition 62 to read: Upon the premises reaching its capacity figure detailed in condition 37, any queue forming outside the premises shall be appropriately managed and supervised by sufficient staff to ensure that it does not cause a public nuisance. To remove in full condition 63 (in relation to capacity). No other changes to hours or conditions are sought. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by no later than 14th May 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or by email licensing@westminster.gov.uk.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
