IN THE PETTY SESSIONS DISTRICT OF BELFAST AND NEWTOWNABBEY
TAKE NOTICE that Queens Hotel Belfast Ltd of 163-165 Crumlin Road, Belfast, BT14 7AA, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Laganside Courthouse of Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL, on the 12th day of May 2026 at 10.30am for the transfer to Queens Hotel Belfast Ltd of 163-165 Crumlin Road, Belfast, BT14 7AA of a liquor licence at presently held by Dukes Belfast LLP having its registered office c/o The Skye Bar, 28 Howard Street, Linen Quarter, Central Belfast, BT1 6NB, for premises at 65-67 University Street, Belfast, BT7 1HL, being premises of the kind specified in Article 5(1)(c) the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, in which the principal business is an hotel.
Queens Hotel Belfast Ltd will be the owner of the business to be carried on under the licence,
No alteration such as is specified in Article 31 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 has been made to the premises since the licence was last renewed.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
AND TAKE NOTICE that this application will be dealt with by the court on the 12th day of May 2026 commencing at 10.30 o’clock.
