LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 20th April 2026 Ei Group Limited applied to City of York Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Cottage Inn, 115 The Village, Haxby, York YO32 2JH.

The proposed variation is :-

1. To amend the layout plan attached to the premises licence to reflect the current layout.

2. To delete all of the existing conditions contained within Annex 2 of the premises licence and replace them with conditions agreed with North Yorkshire Police.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- City of York Council Licensing Team. Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk no later than 18th May 2026 stating the grounds for representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
