Licence

- Performance Padel, Belgrave Court,
Caxton Road, Preston, PR2 9ZB.
I, Performance Padel (Preston) Limited hereby
give notice that I have applied to vary the Premises
Licence in respect of the above premises. The
proposed variation is to add an outdoor area to
the layout plan. It is proposed that the area will
be available for customers to consume alcohol.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at

www.preston.gov.uk.


Any interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Council about the
application. Such representations must be in
writing and must be made no later than
13 May 2026
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction.
