Ripon Cinema 14-16 Fishergate - New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Central Cinemas Limited to
the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council
(Harrogate) for a Premises Licence for the Ripon Cinema
at 14-16 Fishergate, Ripon, HG4 1DY. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of
alcohol between 09:00 and 00:30 hours daily. 2. To enable
the sale of alcohol for extended hours on New Year’s Eve.
3. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the
application) to be provided when the Premises are open for
the sale of alcohol. 4. To enable the provision of late night
refreshment until 00:30 daily.

St. Luke’s Avenue, Harrogate. HG1 2AE.
