Has applied to Lancaster City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: The Barn at Manor Bay Escapes, 2 Main Street, Overton, Lancashire, LA3 3HD
For the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. The proposed hours for licensable activities are 10:00 to 21:00 daily.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Authority Lancaster City Council. Representations must be received no later than the 14th May 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
