PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Land Securities Trinity
Limited has applied to Leeds City Council on 17
April 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to
use the premises at Unit MSU19, Trinity Leeds,
Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AT for the provision of
regulated entertainment (Live Music, Recorded
Music, Performance of Dance, Anything similar to
live music, recorded music & dance, Plays, Films,
Indoor Sporting Events, Boxing or Wrestling
Entertainment) and the sale by retail of alcohol
from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday, and the
provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to
01:00 Monday to Sunday, plus non standard
timings, as more particularly set out in the
application. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must
give notice in writing to: Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or
by email:

be received by no later than 15 May 2026 stating
the grounds for making said representation. The
register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website

make a false statement in or in connection with an
application for a premises licence and the
maximum fine on being convicted of such an
