Notice is hereby given that Ivy Hospitality Limited
has applied to the Licensing Authority at West
Northamptonshire Council for a variation under the
Licensing Act at The Old Cherry Tree, 8 Cherry
Tree Lane, Northampton, NN4 7AT. The proposed
variation is as follows: To extend the licensable
area for the sale of alcohol to include the patio and
new garden area.
Full details of the proposals are stated on the
application for variation. The full application may
be inspected at West Northamptonshire Council, 1
Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1
1ED free of charge during office hours. Any
interested party or responsible authority may make
written representations to West Northamptonshire
Council by 13th May 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with this application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
