Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Omar Karimi has applied to BCP Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Chicken Valley, 14 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8AD.
The following amendments/additions to the licensable activities will be provided during the following days and times: Late Night Refreshment: Sunday to Thursday: 23:00 01:30. Friday, Saturday & Bank Holidays: 23:00 03:00. Opening Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 01:30 Friday, Saturday & Bank Holidays: 11:00 03:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 13 May 2026. The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
