NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

NORTH EASTERN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DIVISION

SITTING AT LAGANSIDE

TAKE NOTICE that we CM Developments (N.I.) Ltd (company number NI694394) whose registered office address is Suite 4 Commercial Mews, 93-97 Main Street, Larne, United Kingdom, BT40 1HJ intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Laganside Courthouse, Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL on 12th May 2026 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by Thomas Alexander McConnell and Heather Anne McConnell both of 11 Sawmill Road, Ballyclare, BT39 9JP for the premises situated at 249 Rashee Road, Ballyclare, BT39 9JN being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) – premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.

A Protection Order authorising CM Developments (N.I.) Ltd to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 3rd March 2026 by the Magistrates Court at Laganside Courthouse, Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL for the period of six months from the date of the order.

CM Developments (N.I.) Ltd is the owner of the business carried on under the licence, of whom the following are directors: Conor McNeill and Elizabeth McNeill.

CM Developments (N.I.) Ltd is the owner of the premises.

The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

Take notice that any person owning, residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises who intends to object to the application must serve notice on the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than one week before the time of the Court sitting at which the application is to be made.

(iii) The Sub-Divisional Commander, Larne PSNI Station, 2 Hope Street, Larne, BT40 1UR (being the sub-divisional commander of the police sub division in which the applicant has its registered office); and

(iv) The Clerk of the Council, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Mossley Mill, Newtownabbey, BT36 5QA (being the district council for the district in which the premises are situated).
