NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
We, Nahul Ltd of Shop Local, 16 Sundon Park
Parade, Luton, LU3 3BH are applying for the
Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the
licence will enable the following to take place: Sale
of alcohol for consumption off the premises:
Monday to Sunday – 06:00 to 02:00 hours.
Persons wishing to make representations in
respect of this application may do so by writing to:
Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town
Hall, Luton, Beds LU1 2BQ within 28 days from the
date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also
kept at the above address and may be viewed
during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary conviction of an
unlimited fine.
