Fylde kebab House Ltd is applying for a Premises
Licence for Best Kebab, 4 Breck Road, Poulton le
Fylde FY6 7AA. The application is to: Offer Late
Night Refreshment Sunday – Thursday from
23.00hrs -01.00hrs and from 23.00hrs- 02.30hrs
on Fri & Sat with an additional hour on all bank
holidays, details of which are contained within the
application.
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to the
Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre,
Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU by no
later than the 13th May 2026 or email;
wyre.gov.uk. A copy of the application can be
viewed at the licensing authority’s address during
normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
