NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary
a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation
has been made by Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa Limited to
East Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known
Jubilee Park which are situated at Stixwould Road
Woodhall Spa LN10 6QH. A brief description of the
proposed variation is as follows: To increase the extent of
the licensed area; To change the licensing start hour to
1000; To amend the conditions attached to the Premises
Licence. The record of the application may be inspected by
contacting The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District
Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH,
by prior appointment (email:
during normal office hours. Any representations by
interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team,
East Lindsey District Council at the above address by
12 May 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up
to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with the
application.
