NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by:

to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as:
Costa Coffee Drive Thru
which are situated at:
Unit R1 Gallagher Shopping Park
Axletree Way Wednesbury WS10 9QY

The proposed application is as follows:
Late night refreshment (Indoors and Outdoors): Monday - Sunday 23:00 to 05:00

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk by: 18th May 2026

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
