What is proposed?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING LICENSING ACT 2003:
PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I, Hollie Elwell, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at 56 Pitshanger Lane, London, W5 1QY also known as Doreen's.

The application is for:
1. The retail sale of alcohol on the premises: Monday to Tuesday, 12:00-16:30; Wednesday and Sunday, 11:00- 16:30; and Thursday to Saturday, 11:00-22:30;

2. The provision of recorded music: Wednesday, 09:00- 17:00; Thursday to Saturday, 09:00-23:00, and Sunday, 08:00-17:00.

Non-standard timings: The premises will ordinarily be closed on Monday and Tuesday, hours have been included on the application in the event of private bookings. 

The garden will be open until 21:00 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; and 17:00 on Wednesday and Sunday. The premises will also ordinarily close at 17:00 on Thursdays, with later hours only used for private bookings.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk 
not later than: 13/05/2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
