What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Fox, Coulsdon Common, Caterham, CR3 5QS applied to London Borough of Croydon for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the start time for sale of alcohol (on & off premises) and opening hours to start from 09:00 each day and amend the start time for the opening hours non standard timing for New Years Eve permission to reflect the earlier start time sought. No change to terminal hours for sale of alcohol and opening hours and no change to other licensable activities which remain as existing. See application submitted to council for full details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing to London Borough of Croydon, Sustainable Communities Department, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA or via email to licensing@croydon.gov.uk by no later than 30 April 2026 stating the grounds for representation. Postal address of local authority where register of applications is kept for general viewing is at the above address. Application details can be viewed at Access Croydon Reception, Bernard Weatherill House, between 9 a.m. & 3.45 p.m., Monday to Friday by appointment (except bank holidays), or online via www.croydon.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
