What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises
Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that LOL Entertainment Limited has
applied to Sunderland City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
LOL Bingo, 4/4a and 5a Holmeside, Sunderland, .
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Opening Hours – 09:00 – 00:00 Monday to Sunday
2. Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises
– 09:00 – 00:00 Monday to Sunday.
3. Late night refreshment – 23:00 – 00:00 Monday to
Sunday. See application for full details. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by Sunderland City Council, Licensing
Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA or by
email to
no later than 11 May
2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Sunderland City Council and the record of the application
may be inspected during the hours Monday to Friday from
8.30am to 5.00pm at the City Centre Customer Services
Centre at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such
a false statement be made.
