Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises Licence at:
Udiam Farm, Junction Road, Bodiam, East Sussex, TN32 5XD and known as Bodiam Estate Vineyard
The application is for the retail sale of alcohol for consumption off premises.
The premises will be open between the hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email

licensing@rother.gov.uk

not later than 5th May 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
