We Newick Wine Estate Limited do hereby serve notice on 8th April 2026 that it is our intention to apply to Lewes District Council for the grant of a new premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Newick Wine Estate, 48 Church Road, Newick, East Sussex, BN8 4JZ
for the following licensable activities or proposed variation:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 18:00
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement. Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to

licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk

or Licensing Team 6 High Street, Lewes BN7 2AD no later than midnight on 6th May 2026.
