We Tibshelf Parish Council give notice that we have applied to Bolsover District Council as Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of Tibshelf Parish Sports Ground, Newton Road, Tibshelf
The application is for Regulated Entertainment Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 21:00
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire, District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or email
licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk
not later than 29 April 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Section on 01246 217884/217885
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
