NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Central England Co-operative
Limited has applied to North Northamptonshire Council on
8th April 2026 for the variation of the Premises Licence
for Central England Co-operative, 3 Church Street,
Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9 5FT. The
Application is to update the Annex 2 conditions on the
Premises Licence and also to update the plan currently
attached. Any representation must be made by writing to :-
North Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services
Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive,
Thrapston, NN14 4LZ or by e-mail to :
licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk
NO LATER THAN 6TH MAY 2026
The application may be viewed on the council’s licensing
register at
or by appointment
at the above offices. To attend the offices please e-mail
licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement
be made.
