Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the
Adur & Worthing Councils (on behalf of Adur Council) for
a premises licence under the above Act on 8th April 2026
and will commence its consultation on the 9th April 2026.
Applicant: New President Limited. Address of
premises:The Corner Shop, 87 South Street, Lancing, BN15
8AP. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for
consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of
licensable activity: Mon to Sun - consumption alcohol off
the premises - 07.00 to 23.00 hrs. The postal address of the
Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the
application may be inspected is: * A & W Licensing Unit,
Environmental Health & Licensing, Adur & Worthing
Councils, Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter
shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds
for making such representations to The Licensing Officer
at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this
notice – by the 6th May 2026. Further information is
