I/We PILLATON HALL FARM LTD have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for : DOTTIES TAKEAWAY AND BAR, PILLATON HALL FARM PENKRIDGE, STAFFORD, ST19 5RZ

So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours:
SALE OF ALCOHOL MONDAY TO SUNDAY 8AM UNTIL MIDNIGHT
LIVE MUSIC MONDAY TO SUNDAY 1PM UNTIL 11PM
PROVISION OF FILMS 11AM UNTIL 9PM
RECORDED MUSIC MONDAY TO SUNDAY 9AM UNTIL 11PM

to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 07th MAY 2026

Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.

Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
