TAKE NOTICE that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited registered and incorporated in
England with Company Number 10589672 and having its registered office situate at
36-40 Maple Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6HE intends to apply at the
Magistrates Court sitting at Belfast Laganside on 28th day of April 2026 at 10am for
the transfer to me of a licence at present held by the Restaurant Group (UK) Limited
now registered as The Restaurant Group Limited registered and incorporated in
Scotland with Company Number SC030343 and having its registered office situate at
1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1AL for the premises at Balmoral Plaza, Unit A, 1-9
Boucher Place, Boucher Road, Belfast, BT12 6HT being a premises of the following
kind specified in Article 5(1)(a) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
The following body corporate owns the business to be carried on under the licence:
Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited, a limited company, of which the following persons
are directors:
- Patrick Charles Bamford of 36-40 Maple Street, London, United Kingdom,
W1T 6HE, Date of Birth March 1981.
- Alistair John Bradley Fraser of 36-40 Maple Street, London, United Kingdom,
W1T 6HE, Date of Birth May 1983.
- Christopher Sherriff of 36-40 Maple Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T
6HE, Date of Birth May 1983.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing
of this application.
