Notice is hereby given that Chopstix Restaurant Limited
has applied to Preston City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as
Chopstix, 93 Fishergate, Preston, PR1 2NJ.The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the provision for
Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:00
the following morning.The opening hours of the premises
will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:00.The application
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority,
during normal office hours at: Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. You can also view
the application online through our Public Register. Any
interested party or responsible authority may make
representations to the Council about the application in
writing to the above address or by email to

writing and must be made no later than 5 May 2026.

fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
