NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd is applying to vary a premises licence at KFC, Forest Street, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire to extend provision of late-night refreshment. Mon-Sun 23:00-03:00.
The application can be viewed by appointment. Representations in writing to be made regarding the proposed application, either in writing to The Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or by email to:

licensing@ashfield.gov.uk

by no later than 27/04/2026 and be relevant to the Licensing Act 2003 Objectives: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance.

A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
