LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: The Coffee Barn, 3 Crescent East, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 3LJ
Licence No: PL(A)1497
Notice is hereby given that Sarah Martin has applied to Wyre Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence.
The proposed variation is to:
extend opening hours to 00:30 Monday to Thursday, 01:30 Friday and Saturday, and 00:00 Sunday
permit use of the upstairs lounge/events area for licensable activities
update and simplify existing licence conditions
The application may be inspected at Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU or by email:

licensing@wyre.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address within 28 days of this notice.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
