Notice is hereby given that Blues Under Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 30 March 2026 for a new premises licence for LA Yam Saint James Byron House, 7-9 St James Street London SW1A 1EF.
The proposed application is to permit the provision of regulated entertainment of recorded music on Monday to Thursday from 23:00 – 23:30 and on Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 00:00 indoors only, the provision of late-night refreshment Monday to Thursday from 23:00 – 23:30 and on Friday to Saturday from 23:00 – 00:00 and for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00 – 23:30, on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 – 00:00 and Sunday from 10:00 – 22:30 Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 28th April 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
