What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Benugo Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council to vary the Premises Licence for Benugo at John Lewis, 278-306 Oxford Street, London, W1C 1DX. The application is to approve a new plan to add the restaurant on the 5th floor to the licence and remove conditions on the licence regarding self-service. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 29th April 2026 (www.westminster.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
