NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Prime Mega Enterprises Ltd (of British Virgin Islands) has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 31 March 2026 for the grant of a ‘shadow’ premises licence to use the premises at Basement and Ground Floor, 21 - 22 Poland Street London, W1F 8QG for the provision of regulated entertainment (Dance, Live and Recorded Music), the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, being the same activities and for the same hours and conditions as permitted under the existing premises licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 28 April 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
