Notice is hereby given that Cubitt House Limited has applied to City of Westminster Council on 24 March 2026 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Duke of Connaught, 6 Eccleston Street, London SW1W 9LS to allow sales of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30; late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 00:00; opening hours Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 07:30 to 00:30 and Sunday 07:30 to 23:00 and 24 hours for residents and non-standard timings for all licensable activities as stated in the application form. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 21 April 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
