What is proposed?

Section 34 - Licensing Act 2003 Application to Vary Premises Licence

Sauki Enterprise Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster to vary the premises licence of: Pepe’s Piri Piri, 151 Edgware Road, London W2 2HR.

The application is to: • extend licensed hours for Late Night Refreshment to: 23:00 – 04:00hrs daily, and • remove licence condition relating to Door Supervision. Any person wishing to make a representation must do so in writing, stating the grounds for objecting, no later than: 17/04/2026, by post to the Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or email: licensing@westminster.gov.uk The application may be viewed online via the public register at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing by following the link to the public register. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
