LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)

Notice is hereby given that Hard Rock Cafe (UK) Limited has applied to City of Westminster Council on 27 March 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Hard Rock Café, Criterion Building, 225-229 Piccadilly, London W1J 9HR to remove from the premises licence conditions 9, 35, 36, 40 and 41 and to add two further conditions as stated in the application form. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24 April 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
