Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Limited, has applied to Westminster City Council on 27th March 2026 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: 18 Kingly Street, London, W1B 5PX and known as the Blue Posts, To vary the following hours: Sale by Retail of Alcohol on a Friday and Saturday to 01:00am, Late Night Refreshment on a Friday and Saturday to 01:00am, Opening hours of the premises on a Friday and Saturday to 01:30am; To amend Annex 3 condition (19) to reflect the above proposed changes to hours.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 24th April 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Service, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
