NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 27th March 2026 to vary the premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 161 Praed Street, London, W2 1RL. The Premises Licence currently authorises the restaurant to open and trade Late Night Refreshment until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays. The Variation is to extend the opening and Late Night Refreshment hours to enable the restaurant to trade until 02:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24TH APRIL 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to :- Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
